  • What is the recommended age for children?
    This is a scary event and we do not allow children under 10 yrs of age. Usually parents start to bring their children ages 10 and up. Know your children's fear tolerance level!
  • What time are tickets redeemable?
    Ticket booth opens at 6:30 pm! Tickets can be redeemed as long as you are in line at the Admission Booth BY 9:15pm (includes tickets bought online and cash at the door!). This means tickets can be redeemed anytime between 6:30-9:15pm. Entrance Gates to our parking lot CLOSE AT 915pm.
  • Can I get a refund or exchange my ticket for a different date?
    No, refunds or exchanges of ticket dates are not allowed. All sales are final.
  • Can I bring my own food or drinks to the event?
    No, outside food and drink are not allowed. This includes alcohol.
  • Are there any restrictions on what I can bring with me?
    Yes, backpacks, fanny packs, flashlights, GoPros, costumes, and face paint are not permitted.
  • Can I interact with the actors during the event?
    No, touching of actors is strictly prohibited. Please respect the performers and enjoy the show from a safe distance.
  • Is there security at the event?
    Yes, security is provided on the premises for the entire night to ensure a safe experience for all attendees.
